These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CineFlow ("the Service"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other workspaces, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (scripts, schedules, and related production data). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that violates these Terms; where a workspace is archived, your data is retained and access is disabled.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
