• Account information — your name, email, and workspace details provided at signup.
• Content — production data you add, such as scripts, schedules, and team information.
• Usage & technical data — logs, device/browser information, and IP address used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to authenticate you, to communicate with you (for example, workspace verification emails), and to keep the Service secure.

3. Data isolation

Each workspace's data is isolated from others. We apply access controls so that a workspace can only access its own data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, or where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain your information for as long as your workspace is active. When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed; when it is archived, data is retained and access is disabled.

6. Your choices

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting us. You may also close your workspace at any time.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the effective date above.
